Zadig & Voltaire is a French fashion brand that produces clothing and accessories for men, women, and children. They have released several fragrances in recent years as well. Today my review will be about This is her! by Zadig & Voltaire is an Eau de parfum for women, launched in 2016.
I received the sample in a beautiful branded box, it looks stylish. Only the image of the model is not associated with scent, in my opinion.
A photo of a bottle in the form of a parallelepiped is placed on the back of the sample box. It reminds me of a pack of butter, from which one piece was cut. The color of the bottle is very pleasant, in combination with black inscriptions it looks interesting and conceptual.
The glass of the bottle is not completely frosted. It shows the contents and shows how much liquid is left. This is definitely a plus. I also liked the thick white cap to complement the design.

The first thought that comes to mind immediately after spraying the scent on the skin is "It's sweet!" For some reason, I immediately had associations with the classic apple from Nina Ricci, the fragrances start very similarly. For me, these scents are in the same vein, they have a similar caramel smell.
This is her! from Zadig & Voltaire smells like milk caramels with a touch of fresh, typical men's aftershave scent. From the bottle, the smell of freshness is felt a little more.
The caramel smell is similar to the caramel one in Nina Ricci's Nina, but Nina is lighter and fresher, wears off much faster and is not as sweet, it is more fruity.
That's her! freshness is felt not very long, only in the beginning and in the middle.
My husband said that This is her! smells like some kind of dessert, it smells like cotton candy.
Indeed, the scent is sweet, gourmand, but the sweetness in it is wearable for me, it's not too heavy. There are associations with milk desserts, milk caramels. It seems as if it is the smell of some kind of flower or another component that is covered with caramel. There is also some woodiness in the scent. The base smells just sweet.
That's her! not for a closed room, it is better to apply this perfume for a while, so that the scent dissipates a little. It needs a space where it can develop in the wind.
I used this scent in the summer, it did not choke me, but if the weather is very hot, I would not recommend wearing it. However, if you love sweet scents, the heat probably won't hurt you to use it.
As a result, Zadig & Voltaire turned out to be a typical gourmand fragrance for me with a touch of milky dessert. I recommend trying this perfume to all sweet tooth and lovers of delicious scents.
